TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • All prices in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
  • An order is considered placed upon clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
  • The store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability (unique items/single pieces).

3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Available payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, Traditional bank transfer.
  • Delivery is carried out via: InPost, DPD, Orlen Paczka, Pocztex48 OWP via GlobKurier.
  • Delivery cost: 20 PLN.

4. RETURNS AND COMPLAINS

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The cost of the return shipment is covered by the Buyer.
  • Complaints regarding product defects should be sent to the contact email address.
